Today the Ontario government announced the safe reopening of schools for in-class instruction beginning this September.  The plan will prioritize the health and safety of students and staff.

We understand that our clients may be concerned about enrollment with Sundowners for the fall.  We are working closely with our partners at the local school boards and the health unit to determine our next steps.  As soon as we are able, we will post those next steps on this website.  Supervisors will be contacting clients in the coming weeks with regards to their September registration.

The accounting department has determined credits due to closures throughout the school year.  These credits can be applied to future tuition fees or you can request a refund.  The first pre-authorized debit scheduled for August 10th has been cancelled.  Alternate arrangements will be made. If you have any questions with regards to your account or credits you may have, please contact the accounting department at info@sundownersdaycare.com.

Sundowners has recently reopened 4 locations for the remainder of the summer:  Holy Cross, King Edward, Dougall & Talbot Trail.  Although parents are not permitted into the buildings, supervisors are on site and can answer your phone calls.  The Administration Office is also unable to accept visitors, but we are available via email (info@sundownersdaycare.com) or phone (519-258-8741.)
