  • School & Day Care Closure Updates May 1, 2020

    Updates:  May 1, 2020 The provincial government has announced that publicly funded schools will remain closed.  As such, all Sundowners locations and the administration office will remained closed.  Please continue to monitor local media outlets for information regarding school and day care centre closures.     Sundowners understands that the school and day care closures have a big impact on our families and we do apologize for the inconvenience.  In the meantime, we are working diligently to update everyone's account, and hope to have everything in order upon return.  Any credits incurred will be applied to future payments.  If the child care closures surpass the original April 6th target date, the April 10th PAD payment (May tuition) will not be processed.  ...

    Based on advice from Ontario's Chief Medical Officer of Health and experts at the COVID-19 Command Table, the Minister of Education has issued an order to close all publicly funded schools in Ontario for two weeks following the March break, in response to the emergence of COVID-19.   • Full Day Programs/Site Closures – February 21, 2020

    Sundowners has received information from the media that all schools may be closed to students on Friday, February 21, 2020.  ETFO and OECTA have provided official notice of a potential, full withdrawal of services on Friday, February 21, 2020.  ETFO represents employees in Public Elementary Schools and OECTA represents employees in the Catholic Elementary Schools.  In the event that the withdrawal of services goes ahead on February 21, all schools will be closed to students ...

    The preschool children at Talbot Trail once again participated in the Holiday Cookie Decorating Open House.
